The Kony Scandal

One thing that has come and gone pretty fast was the whole Joseph Kony Brouhaha. Everybody was up in arms about Kony for the couple weeks after that Invisible children video came out( Ill post a link to it at the end). For me, it was pretty sad to see all these people stupid enough to believe it. Though I have to give credits to creator of the video for how easily it sucked everyone in. Anyways, I think that there is more to this whole thing than capturing someone who hasn't been seen for seven years. In the past ten years, most U.S. invasions that include them extracting oil, has had a man of interest or someone who is "evil" and must be stopped. In the Middle East, it was Saddam Hussein and Usama Bin Laden. Nine months ago, there was a vast majority of oil found in Uganda. Four months later, there is man named Joseph Kony that must be stopped. Coincidence?. And in October 2011, the U.S. Military sent 100 troops to be "advisers" to the Ugandan Army. But now it starts with 100 and then soon it will be 500 and 1000 and then 5000 and pretty soon, the U.S. will have large number of their Military in Uganda. And what will they be doing? Extracting oil. Now I'm not saying this will happen in the next few months, this will most likely happen in the next seven to ten years. Well, that is where I'm going to end it. You should go out and investigate it for yourself.

Facebooks Annoying Changes

I really don't understand Facebook anymore. It always seems to be changing little things its layout every month. They say It's to make using Facebook easier for the user. But I find that it is just more annoying and harder to use than Its original layout. One thing that annoys me that they changed was the "post" button. Now you just hit enter. Now that's not so bad once you get used to it, but when they do that and not even tell you is what pisses me off. Facebook only made that change for people who are too goddamn lazy to move their mouse to the "post" button. Another thing that was annoying was this new "Timeline" layout. The two things that made me angry about this was one, they didn't let you know in anyway, shape or form. I mean they could have said something in advance to let people know they were making these changes. Now the second annoying thing about this was the fact that they didn't explain how half the buttons worked. They took away a bunch of buttons and they also added a bunch of buttons. Well the main point I'm trying to get out there is that the changes Facebook makes are pretty annoying and useless.
